v 1.28.0

New

One monthly allowance for AI and Qoolo SMS

AI features and Qoolo SMS now draw on a single monthly allowance, measured in Qbits, rather than a separate quota for each — so an organization can spend it on whichever it needs that month.

New

Sort Surveys and Quizzes in Analyze

The Research lists in Analyze can now be sorted by Title, Completion, Status, Date Created or Date Modified, and the choice is remembered for next time.

Update

Previewing content no longer affects results

A preview session is recognized as a preview and left out of the data: it is not counted as a view in Analyze, it does not appear on a contact’s timeline in Qoolo CRM, and a Survey or Quiz answered while previewing does not record a response.

Update

Export options for a single Qoo

Exporting a single Qoo now opens the same Export PDF pop-up as a Qoolection, rather than exporting immediately.

Update

Confirmation emails for agency support requests and assignments

Submitting a support request as an agency is now confirmed by email, and an agent assigned to a client receives a welcome message setting out what they have access to.

v 1.27.0

Update

Email addresses accepted in any capitalization

An email address can be entered in any capitalization when logging in or resetting a password, and is stored the same way however it is typed when an account is created or edited.

Update

Dragging in outside content no longer interrupts editing

Dragging something into the Qoo Builder that did not come from its own panels — a file from the desktop, an image from another browser tab, text from another application — is now ignored instead of interrupting the session. A picture or video that is not already in Qoolo can be uploaded to the Library and then added from Media.

v 1.26.0

New

Qoo and Qoolection settings moved into the Builder

The settings that used to appear when saving a Qoo or a Qoolection now live in the Builder itself, on their own tabs. They can be adjusted while work is in progress rather than only at the point of saving, and are available on any Qoolection. Saving is now a single step — saving a Qoo simply asks whether to save it as new or update the existing one.

New

Dynamic Qoos in PDF exports

A Dynamic Qoo now exports all of its screens rather than only the first, numbered and named so it is clear how they fit together, with an overview of its structure. Exporting also works from the grid view in Manage Qoos.

Update

Better shape cropping

Cropping to a shape is easier to place and keeps more of the original quality. Image adjustments stay editable after cropping, and reworking a crop no longer leaves unused images behind in the Media Library.

Update

Clearer text toolbar

The text toolbar is reorganized so related controls sit together, and the color control now reflects the text currently selected.

Update

Restyling a Theme no longer flags approved Qoolections

Only Theme changes that alter the space available to content mark a Qoolection as needing review. Cosmetic changes no longer do, so a Theme can be restyled without sending approved work back for checking.

v 1.25.0

New

Choose a logo for each PDF export

The Export PDF pop-up now lets you pick which logo appears on the exported document, upload a new one, or turn the logo off entirely. Available for both Qoolection and single-Qoo exports.

New

Theme changes reflow your Qoos automatically

Adding or resizing a Header, Footer or QBar now re-lays-out every Qoo on that Theme, so content shifts to stay inside the available space instead of being hidden behind the new element.

New

Warning when a Theme change needs review

If you save a Theme change that reduces available space without returning content to Draft, affected Qoolections are flagged in Manage Qoolections with a warning you can dismiss once you've checked them.

New

New filter, sort and column controls

Manage Qoos, Manage Qoolections and the Media Library now share the same Filter, Sort By and Columns controls as the CRM. Filter by section with per-section search, sort by Name, Status, Date Created or Date Updated, and choose which columns to show — remembered for next time. In My Images and My Videos the separate Format and Orientation dropdowns are replaced by one filter popover you can multi-select from, and videos can now be sorted by Duration.

Update

Simpler Theme saving

Editing a Theme no longer opens a pop-up asking for a name and organizational level — the name is edited directly on the page. Creating a new Theme still asks for a name.

Update

Preview no longer affects your Analyze data

Views and Survey or Quiz responses from preview links are tagged as previews and excluded from Analyze reporting, so test runs no longer distort your results.

Update

PDF export improvements

Exporting a single Qoo to PDF used to move it through approval and increment its version; it now leaves status and version untouched. Exported files are also named after the Qoolection and its version rather than an opaque identifier, and logos are resized on upload so the PDFs are substantially smaller with no visible loss of quality.

Update

Status sorting after a change

Sorting by Status now reflects a change immediately. Deleting a Qoo or Qoolection, moving one through approval, or completing a localization could previously leave the list ordered as it was for up to a minute.
