Qoolo

Your pharma clients want innovation.

Stop handing them a reskinned version of what they had last year.

Same iVAs. Same portals. Same decks and PDFs. Built once, opened once. And you know it. Be the agency that brings micro-content to pharma first. Mobile-first. Compliant. Built in hours, not weeks.

Navigating the chaos?

Agency life is tough. We know all the challenges you face daily.

You’re juggling deadlines, deliverables, and MLR reviews across brands, markets, and teams.
It’s not just hard - it’s harder than it should be.

Managing multiple brands and markets.

Every client has their own rules. You’re managing all of them. Jumping between brand books, templates, and compliance standards burns time and increases risk. Without the platform that understands what pharma needs, simple updates spiral into complex rework.

Staying on-brand across deliverables.

Even a font change can break compliance. Agencies spend hours manually tweaking slides, visuals, and formats just to stay on-brand. Without a centralized workspace, the smallest inconsistency triggers unnecessary QC rounds.

Time-consuming MLR preparation.

Getting materials ready for MLR review is an exhausting, multi-step process. From formatting storyboards to double-checking every reference for compliance, the process eats up valuable time. MLR should be a checkpoint, not a bottleneck.

Lengthy localization processes.

Localization is more than just translating words - it requires adjusting visuals and meeting specific regulatory guidelines. This process is often manual, slow, and expensive, requiring external vendors or multiple review cycles. Without automation, you can spend weeks reformatting localized content before it can be approved again.

Lack of collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

So many teams. So little alignment. Medical, marketing, legal, agency staff - every project involves too many threads across too many tools. Without a shared hub, approvals lag, updates get lost, and launches stall.

Limited visibility into content performance.

Without visibility into how HCPs engage with the content, you are left guessing about its impact. This lack of actionable data limits opportunities to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, or show clients what’s working.

Last-minute edits = Delays and risk.

Even minor updates, like adding a new reference or making formatting adjustments can spiral into a time-consuming, multi-step process before materials are ready for review. These delays introduce stress, disrupt workflows, and make it harder to meet deadlines.

Hiring your way out of inefficiency?

You’re not understaffed, you’re under-supported with the right tools. Your team isn’t too small. They’re just spending time on work your tools should be doing. Formatting and reformatting slides or web pages, fixing references, converting PDFs - none of that should require another hire.

Outdated tools and disconnected workflows.

Your tools weren’t built for life sciences, much less for pharma workflows. Slide decks, CRM, CMS, emails, docs - old school tools, each in its own right not organically integrated into your ecosystem. Nothing updates in real time. And don’t you just sometimes feel that everything slows you down?

“We need something new and different. Fast!”

It’s no secret that clients expect agencies to bring innovation to the table. Pharma clients are no different - they rely on you for creativity and fresh ideas, from revamping omnichannel strategies to opening new engagement channels and revitalizing existing messages. The pressure is constant: innovate, integrate, and execute - fast and on budget.

Wasting time on references and footnotes.

Managing references manually across deliverables is both tedious and error-prone. Every project demands meticulous cross-checking, numbering validation, and formatting adjustments to ensure compliance. These repetitive tasks slow your team down and increase the risk of errors - you didn’t sign up to be a bibliography manager.

Fragmented content creation takes too long.

Developing pharma materials takes time. Every piece of medical or marketing material needs to be scientifically accurate, medically compliant, and visually engaging. However, fragmented workflows spread across different departments, systems, tools, and software create bottlenecks.

Overworked team. Underdelivered results. Sound familiar?

Stop doing it alone. Partner with us.

Offer your clients something better:
compliant, mobile-first content that's built for how HCPs engage today.

The answers you’re looking for:

Life science clients are asking their agencies for fresher, more modern engagement, including mobile-first, compliant micro-content ready to deploy across channels, while most agencies are still delivering the same iVAs, decks, and PDFs they delivered last year. Two of our founders co-managed an award-winning life sciences agency before starting Qoolo, and built this platform to give agencies exactly what they wished they'd had: speed meets compliance, with content built, reviewed, and approved in hours instead of weeks; MLR-ready by design, with one-click handoffs and nothing missed; and the ability to scale across brands and markets by building once and adapting for every brand, market, and channel.

For an agency, that means pitching and delivering something genuinely different from competitors, doing more with the team you already have because formatting and MLR prep stop eating hours, and growing into a strategic partner on modern HCP engagement rather than a content vendor.

Qoolo is built for life sciences agencies that want to stand out, whether you're medical, creative, digital, events-focused, or consultancy-based. It also opens the door for market research and strategy consulting agencies that don't traditionally produce finished content, letting them expand into mobile-first deliverables without staffing up a full design or development team.

The common thread is the need for speed without sacrificing compliance. Agencies juggling multiple brands, markets, and MLR cycles want their teams focused on strategy and creative rather than reformatting.

Qoolo is brand-book ready and scalable: set up logos, fonts, colors, and other guides and standards once as a Theme, and it applies to every asset you produce in Qoolo. A new campaign on an established brand doesn't start from scratch, and a font change doesn't trigger hours of rework. The platform is built to produce and manage content for multiple brands and teams, whether you're building one asset or an ecosystem of interlinked assets.

Across clients, you always know you're on the latest version with clear versioning, localization is integrated in minutes, and flexible user permissions let you manage access levels for different team members or external collaborators, so the right people see the right content at the right time.

We've sat in MLR rooms ourselves and prepared hundreds of materials for MLR review. Qoolo's MLR-ready design comes directly from that experience. Endnotes, references, and footnotes are managed in one place with built-in structure from the first draft, so formatting, references, and version control happen automatically as content is built. Using a patent-pending storyboard system, a review-ready PDF is generated in one click, with everything the MLR team needs already in place, skipping the struggles of a custom PowerPoint presentation.

That means predictable approval timelines: no more guessing which file is the latest version, and no more manual formatting standing between a draft and MLR submission.

Localization is integrated in minutes, not the manual, slow, external-vendor process it used to be. Adapting an asset for a different region, including translations and market-specific adjustments to visuals, claims, disclaimers, and references, happens inside the same platform where the original was built, instead of cycling through external vendors and reformatting passes before re-approval.

Because content stays connected to your brand Theme, a localized version stays aligned with the master asset while still allowing market-specific adjustments where needed. Agencies can deliver region-specific content at scale across global markets without the usual delay or cost.

Yes. Qoolo supports white-labeling, so content built by an agency is delivered fully branded to the client, including the client's logos, fonts, colors, and other brand standards, without the agency's name appearing on the end product. Each client's branding is set up once as a Theme and applied automatically to every asset, so the output looks native to the client's brand from the first piece onward.

The experience stays clean for the client and their audience, while the agency keeps the production speed, MLR-readiness, and reusable building blocks behind the scenes.

Yes. Qoolo is open to a range of partnership options with agencies, from standard partner access to tailored arrangements such as category, geographic, or client-specific exclusivities, co-marketing, or other custom structures. The right shape depends on the agency's footprint, the clients served, and the goals of the partnership.

The best way to explore it is to reach out directly so the Qoolo team can understand the agency's business and discuss what arrangement would make sense for both sides.

Agencies are onboarded with their own Qoolo account and a brief training so the team is set up to work correctly in the platform from day one. Agency users typically work in a sandbox-style environment to develop and refine content, then collaborate with the client team on production workflows. If an agency isn't onboarded yet, the client can introduce them to Qoolo, or the agency can reach out directly to start the process.

Once onboarded, the client's admin scopes the agency's access by brand and support type, and decides whether agency users can also approve or publish on the client's behalf, or hand finished content off to the client team for final approval. The agency stays embedded in the client's environment with the right level of access for each engagement, rather than working outside it and emailing files back and forth.
