Qoolo

We didn't start Qoolo to build a tool. We started it to make science fit on a small screen.

Then we discovered something bigger.
Nobody had built it yet. So we did.

This is why Qoolo exists.
The format problem.

The life sciences industry doesn't have an engagement problem. It has a format problem. For decades, great science has been packaged into long-format assets: 23-page PDFs, bloated slide decks, 137-page iVAs. All built for a world where doctors had 15 minutes with a rep, or two hours at a desk to read.
That world is gone. The formats stayed.

The gap between how science is delivered and how doctors actually consume it has never been wider. So we got to work. Not to optimize what already exists. But to build what the industry has been missing. Because doctors deserve better access to the science shaping their decisions. And life sciences teams deserve a platform built for how medicine actually moves today.

This is what we're building instead. The medical micro-content category.

Medical micro-content is not shorter PDFs. Not prettier, cleaned-up slides. Not another chatbot with simplified answers and a compliance disclaimer bolted on. It's something fundamentally different.

For doctors, it's scientific knowledge structured for how they actually live and work - on their phones, between patients, in the two minutes they have. Bite-sized. Snackable. Built for the moment.

For life sciences teams, it's a new way to create, review, localize, publish, reuse, and measure compliant content. Qoolo provides the infrastructure - so teams can create fast, speed up MLR review, localize efficiently, publish globally, and reuse compliant content across channels instead of rebuilding it for every market.

This isn't a feature. It isn't an optimization.
It's a new category. We're defining it.

This is what drives us.

Mission

Make medical micro-content a standard part of how life sciences teams communicate. Not as a replacement for everything that exists, but as an essential layer alongside it. Doctors deserve more than one way to access the science that shapes their decisions. And life sciences teams deserve a format built for how medicine moves today. Because great science deserves to travel fast.

Vision

A future where great science actually reaches the people who need it, when they need it. Where a doctor between patients can access the right medical information in two minutes, not two hours. Where life sciences teams don't lose months to formats and friction. Where knowledge moves as medicine does: fast, mobile, without borders. That's the world we're building.

THESE ARE THE PEOPLE BEHIND QOOLO.

Defining a new category requires a rare combination: people who understand the regulatory realities of pharmaceutical organizations deeply enough to know what's broken and the technical ability to build something fundamentally better. That's who we are.

Qoolo leadership

We've sat in the MLR rooms. We've managed the impossible timelines. We've rebuilt the same asset three times for three different markets. We've watched field teams carry materials doctors never reopened. We didn't read about these problems. We lived them.

That's why we built Qoolo.
And that's who's building it.

Advisory board

We don't have advisors for optics. We have people who have operated at the highest levels of pharmaceutical strategy, commercialization, medical academics, and practice who understand exactly why the old model is failing and what needs to change.

Together, our advisors help shape Qoolo’s strategy and ensure our platform delivers meaningful impact across the life sciences industry and medical community.
