Qoolo Named an Original Innovator of 2026 by PM360

September 11, 2026 · PM360

PM360 has named Qoolo an Original Innovator of 2026, in the Innovative Marketing Technology or Services category. Now in its 15th year, the annual issue is drawn from hundreds of submissions across seven categories, and sets out to identify "the ideas, technologies, and breakthroughs poised to move the industry forward."

PM360 described the problem we set out to solve as a structural mismatch: healthcare professionals increasingly read on mobile devices in short, fragmented moments — between patients, in the elevator, in the lunchroom — while most scientific content is still built as longform slide decks, PDFs and portals designed for deep dives.

The write-up covered two pilots. At a top-20 global pharmaceutical company, more than 30 dense presentation slides became an 11-screen mobile experience reachable by QR code, created and launched in under four hours; nine out of ten physicians who saw it asked for more. In another, a Medical Affairs team replaced fragmented publications, guidelines and strategic updates with a single mobile tool for MSLs that could be updated in minutes as guidance changed.

As PM360 put it: "Qoolo isn’t simply making pharma content shorter. It is building the infrastructure for a new way of producing and consuming scientific content."
